How much does property management cost with you?
Our property management fee is a flat 8.8% including GST. It covers rent collection, arrears management, four routine inspections a year, maintenance coordination, accounts management, lease renewals and financial reporting.
Do you have a lock-in contract?
No. We have never locked a landlord into a contract and we never will. If you're not happy with us, we won't make you stay. You're free to stay because you value the service, not because of an agreement.
What is the leasing fee?
Our leasing fee is two weeks' rent plus GST. It covers professional marketing, comprehensive tenant screening and managing every detail of the leasing process.
Is advertising included?
Premium advertising on realestate.com.au is a one-time cost of $220. It gives your property maximum exposure to help minimise vacancy.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our flat fee is designed so you're never hit with unexpected surprises. The management fee, leasing fee and advertising cost are set out on this page.
How many routine inspections do you do?
Four per year. The first is six weeks after your tenant moves in, then every three months, using 360-degree technology so you can see the condition of your property.

Ella Stratton, our founder with over 16 years in property management, leads the team. Ella, Hayley (our investment growth manager) and Jess are the go-tos for investors, alongside your dedicated investment manager. Your property will also be allocated its own dedicated property manager.
