What we collect

When you use our website forms, including the Investor Documents request form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address and any notes you choose to give us.

Why we collect it

• To verify you are the owner of, or authorised for, the property.
• To prepare and email the reports you have requested.
• To contact you about your property and our property management services.

Marketing and contact

If you are not already a Platinum Property Co client, we may call you about our services and add you to our contact list. You can opt out at any time by letting us know by phone, email or reply, and we will remove you promptly. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe option.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with our staff and trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our property management software, report providers and administrative support (some of whom may be based overseas, including the Philippines), only for the purposes above or where required by law.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time.
